IRIDA prefix creation request

In order to register a prefix with the OBO Foundry please provide the
following information:
- Title: IRIDA ontology
- Short description: An application ontology Ontology for use with the 
Integrated Rapid Infectious Disease Analysis project and describing genomics 
epidemiology

Please update the title of this issue to include the request prefix - e.g.,
ZZZ Prefix/Domain creation request.

If you want to request creation of a PURL domain, please indicate your PURL
user name as well.

Finally, the id policy at http://obofoundry.org/id-policy.shtml states "A
registry of allocated IDSPACEs will be maintained. Requests for an IDSPACE
should be made by sending mail to obo-discuss@lists.sourceforge.net, cc
obo-admin@fruitfly.org. A request should include information about the
ontology, such as scope and maintainer and a confirmation that the ontology
is open access."

*ONLY* requests that have been sent out on obo-discuss will be acted upon.

Please add a pointer to the oho-discuss thread with your request. Archive
is available at https://sourceforge.net/p/obo/mailman/obo-discuss/
Also add potential further threads with discussion pertaining to your
request.

Bump @mcourtot is this still active? I don't see it listed in the config.

I'm going to close now, @Public-Health-Bioinformatics is in active contact with several OBO members and knows the protocol I think they have all of their ontologies registered.
