Could be a problem, but I'd be reluctant to drop CC-BY. (Some have argued for CCO in order to avoid attribution stacking issues, but I suspect many of the cases used to justify this - e.g. use of many ontologies in annotation - may fall under fair-usage rather than derivative works. Clearly would need a lawyer to confirm this though).
I am opposed to CC0 also.
I am also interested in this discussion. Wouldn't references suffice (as below)?
Wikidata is CCO, whereas most OBO ontologies are CCBY or a few other licenses.
