I have reported it to EBI, they already confirmed looking into it.

Its fixed now, but they are still having issues because right now, EBI is running two datacenters at once, while the storage is only in one of them; they advised that the storage should be moving to the new location within the next weeks. I will keep in touch with them and see when and how the situation evolves.
