Updated UO.yml pointers for new ODK repo setup

If I understand de44d99 correctly than this PR would make sure that the "old" UO PURL http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/uo.owl resolves to the new product. But what about the PURL asserted in this new release which is http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/unit-ontology.owl according to https://github.com/bio-ontology-research-group/unit-ontology/blob/master/unit-ontology.owl?

unless i misunderstand, I think this would be handled by the following line included in the commit:

unit-ontology.owl: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bio-ontology-research-group/unit-ontology/master/unit-ontology.owl

IRI/namespaces etc have now been changed to UO as requested; unit-ontology products removed from products here
