...to allow automated detection of overlap with other Action (or any other ODIS node) activities.

A potential to sync this information and activities with the OARS Programme has been identified through and intervention by Kirsten Isensee at the OBON Steering Committee meeting today.

Looks like registering Projects in OE is the way, but not sure shapes are supported
