Add ability for installer to update projects #6

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If I am using the installer to download and use O3DE, I would also like an easy way to see what version of the engine I am using and use the visual tool to update my project.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the installer for O3DE to be able to be re-run for a project that I have created and to be able to see which version I am currently using, download new versions, and use the tool to update my project to the new version of the engine.
