SMILES from Ketcher does not contain stereochemistry anymore #18

The issue is fixed by not retrieving the SMILES (without stereochemical information) but the mol file str (with the stereochemical information) from the Ketcher windows. The conversion to SMILES is done by the controllers on the server side.
