[FW] Foward-porting 14.0 changes to 15.0

Get missing changes from 14.0 branch:

• [REF] account_move_name_sequence: Added concurrency tests related to sequence
• [FIX] account_move_name_sequence: avoid fallback on odoo sequence name
• Added translation using Weblate (Croatian)
• Added translation using Weblate (French)
• Added translation using Weblate (Slovenian)
• Added translation using Weblate (Italian)
• Translated using Weblate (Spanish)

And Add custom migration changes

FYI I got the last commit before to be migrated to 15.0 and ran the following command:

• git format-patch --keep-subject --stdout ad3380a70c6368b40629cb1cc3bd98575edb5716..2f7a7eda56b3a14774d334e7424992cebbf4f975 -- account_move_name_sequence | git am -3 --keep

(Maybe there are best options but I didn't find anything from the guidelines about)
