Please take a look at https://github.com/OCA/account-fiscal-rule/pull/454 If necessary, I can take care of the migration to 17 once merged in 16

@florian-dacosta We are waiting for the module to be stable in V16.0, and then yes we will need in V17 :) If you manage the migration, that would be super nice, but elsewhere we can take it
