Hi. My configuration: Centos 7, asterisk 11 (issabel), odoo 12, the corresponding version of click2dial with all the dependencies. In the user’s settings, the option “Propose to create a call in the CRM after a click2dial” is selected.
Problem: An outgoing call through click2dial does not work (when you click on the "phone number" in the client’s card) Instead of making a call, the browser suggests choosing a device. The same thing happens if the option is not selected.
The same configuration, but with odoo 10 and the corresponding version of click2dial, works fine when you click on the "Dial button" in the client’s card.
