[8.0] ADD privacy_right_to_be_forgotten_message module #23

The goal is to also remove the messages linked to a partner when erasing its data. Some personal information may be on these message, for instance, if the name is tracked, you will see : Partner name => GDRP removed and so it keep track of all personal information.

The module is auto installed is mail module and privacy_right_to_be_forgotten are installed.
