[8.0]Add privacy_right_to_be_forgotten_crm module #24

The modules aims to also erase lead personal information when we erase datas of a partner. It is auto installed if crm and privacy_right_to_be_forgotten modules are installed.

It only manage the crm.leads, but should be improve for other crm documents like phone calls, etc...
