Privacy Partner Report

This module helps a company to identify all the transactions that a specific partner is involved in, with the possibility to export the associated data.

@dreispt @elicoidal @jbeficent @pedrobaeza @Yajo The PR can be tested now on Runbot. I added a temporal extension of Reports controller to make it works as should be expected.
