Working on edi_oca

Hi @nguyenminhchien and @simahawk I was also working on the migration edi_oca and pushed my stuff here:

The test were a bit tricky, but pass now (except unreleased dependency) I was not 100% sure with the _search() override in edi_exchange_record.py

The module depends on base_edi, the PR is also ready.

edi_backend_partner_oca is also ready now at https://github.com/OCA/edi-framework/pull/48 except waiting dependencies. Moved this module from OCA/edi

edi_stock_oca is moved from OCA/edi branch 15 to this repo and migrated in #56 Only dependency edi_oca is waiting.

edi_purchase_oca also moved from OCA/edi branch 14 #59 Test successful except missing dependency from edi_oca.
