Migration to 16.0

Changes done:

[x] Squash administrative commits.
[x] Create ir.model.access.csv file
[x] Convert create to model_create_multi from fleet.vehicle.inspection
[x] Improve depends on compute fields.
[x] Move all tests to test_fleet_vehicle_inspection (to prevent "dupplicate" data).
[x] Change ir.uir.menu to menuitem

Hi,

When creating inspections lines, it is not legible the word To do.

This is how it looks like in v15:

Needs the "badge" and "text-white" classes in addition to those already modified
