[15.0][ADD] hr_expense_disable_confirm_duplicate #173

This module allow disable confirmation wizard for duplicate expense

Standard odoo15, if there are duplicate_expense_ids in expense it will popup wizard on

(1) Selection_011

(2) Selection_012

If you need disable it, you can disable it in expense settings Selection_013
