Improvement: 2Factor authentication / document access token

There are a few ways to authenticate with github:

• Simple Basic Authentication, with a username/password
• Simple Basic Authentication, with a username/access token ( https://github.com/settings/tokens )
• oauth authentication This is explained in detail in https://developer.github.com/v3/#authentication

If 2 factor authentication is enabled, the username/password method will not work. The username/accesstoken method will work, and the password does not have to be stored in the odoo.conf file.

First step is to change documentation to document the accesstoken option. Oauth could be a bigger refactoring.
