Describe the bug

Document is automatically approved by the editor. No approval is required.

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 16 Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a page
  2. Write contents
  3. Save

Expected behavior It is expected to have the changes approved before updating the page
