[12.0][spec_driven_model][FIX] spec_driven_model: disable automatic views #3177

This feature has been broken when preparing for the xsdata transistion for the 14.0 branch and not fixed since then. Whithout this partner and company views are broken. It's also disabled in the 14.0 branch as for now.

so para explicar, a gente ja tinha esse tipo de patch nos nossos clientes da v12. Mas agora vamos resgatar um cliente de 9 anos atras da v8 e vamos fazer uma homologação na v12 por isso vale a pena arrumar esses detalhes, não custa nada.
