What is still needed to have it ready for v16? What are the remaining issues to fix/correct in comparing to working v15?

@vanbernaert v16 changed the accounting yet again, and Odoo CE v16 started providing their own localization yet without reporting (https://github.com/odoo/odoo/tree/16.0/addons/l10n_ee). That said, there's no issues in porting these modules, there's just not enough incentive/community interest for me as a module author to invest time into that.

@vanbernaert we have sponsored the migration to 15 and right now considering migration of the l10n_ee_reporting to 16. As @alexey-pelykh mentioned above COA is already there in Odoo code.
