[IMP] l10n_fr_chorus_account: add the option to automatically fix refunds #451

In case it raises, there is a need to update the refund by removing the payment mode. We add a config parameter to be able to save a few clicks and automatically do it instead.

If you prefer another way to specify the option feel free to suggest it, I'll update the PR.
