[14.][l10n_fr_chorus_facturx] remove bad Vim file #457

my essential contribution to Chorus and Factur-X !

Nah, I was spying to see if Chorus was using SOAP (cause I inform you I'm now an absolute SOAP master with xsdata) and I spotted this bad Vim buffer file. BTW, the .gitignore of the project looks correct. cc @alexis-via
