l10n_fr_fec_oca : PieceRef & EcritureLib are empty #543

Describe the bug

Once the FEC is generated, we can see that

  1. PieceRef is empty on recievable journal (ex : Customer invoices).
  2. EcritureLib is empty on payable journal once it concerns vendor's account

Expected behavior The Article A47 A-1 says it has to be filled. On accountants advices :

  1. PieceRef has to be filled with the account move's name (ex : FAC/2024/0023)
  2. EcritureLib that concerns the vendor's move (on 401xxx account) has to be filled with the partner's name (Ex: Azure Interior)
