I test falliscono: >>> date(today.year - 1, today.month, today.day) ValueError: day is out of range for month

To Reproduce

Affected versions:

[ ] 14.0: sì
[x] 16.0: #4004

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Il 29 Febbraio, eseguire i test automatici

Expected behavior Nessun fallimento
