[14.0] l10n_it_account_balance_eu: delete get_xlsx_name

Viene tolta la funzione _get_xlsx_name e la sua chiamata in questo modulo. Di fatto veniva sovrascritta la stessa funzione presente in account_financial_report ma non serve perchè il nome del file xlsx è fisso.
