[16.0] l10n_it_account / account_vat_period_end_statement - title VAT Statement not visible #4064

Describe the bug

In v16, the title 'Liquidazione IVA' is not visible in VAT statement report (printing report in module account_vat_period_end_statement) image

To Reproduce

Affected versions: v16.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Accounting > acounting > Vat statements
  2. Print a statement

Expected behavior Title 'Liquidazione IVA' must be visible V14: image

Additional context Fix in PR #3217 can be used

Confermo che succede in 16.0: la stampa di http://oca-l10n-italy-16-0-b986ddc204f8.runboat.odoo-community.org/web?debug=#id=1&cids=1&menu_id=139&action=505&model=account.vat.period.end.statement&view_type=form è Stampa Liquidazione IVA (11).pdf.
