The exchange rate from the National Bank of Romania (BNR) is failing all the time. I downloaded the latest update of the module from this GitHub repository. Why is this happening?
To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
make it get latest exchange rate from bnr
remove multi company just make all companies share one exchange rate
Expected behavior
i wanted to give me latest exchange rate but it gives me bellow error
