[16.0][IMP] adresa de livrare in factura #980

se va trimite adresa de livrare in efactura numai daca aceasta este definitat in sistem ca adresa de livrare in contact. Sunt situatii de dorpship in care adresa de livrare este o adresa a unui client final si nu este necesar sa transmitem aceasta adresa personala in efactura.
