DELIVERY_GLS_ASM: Missing value in service dictionary #3431

Description:

We use your module GLS_ASM to register our shipments directly from Odoo. So far it has worked great. Nevertheless, a couple of weeks ago we were contacted by a salesperson from GLS informing us that the price rules had been updated and that it would be in our best interest to use a new service "BusinessParcel" code 96 with the shipment time "EconomyParcel" code 18. However, this service seems to be missing on the dictionary on "gls_asm_master_data" file. LAST COMMIT ON THE FILE

@JorgeMMiro uno de nuestros clientes tiene el mismo problema y es que utilizando el servicio GLS COURIER y tiempo de envío BusinessParcel, se están registrando los envíos como Courier Express 19:00, cuando hasta hace poco se registraban como COURIER BusinessP.. Desde GLS le han facilitado los códigos y parece que el que hay que utilizar es el 96, el que tu indicas también, aunque el servicio de entrega parece ser que aumenta hasta las 72h, en lugar de 48h como venía siendo hasta hace poco

@JorgeMMiro vamos a hacer un PR para habilitar el nuevo código (96 - BUSINESS PARCEL)
