Is your feature request related to a problem? No the feature isn't related to a problem is a backport of v 12.0 module or feature to use new QR-Iban on v 11.0 using QR-Iban data on payment order

Describe the solution you'd like Backport of v. 120 module and feature to v. 11

Describe alternatives you've considered I've trued to migrate l10n_ch_qr_bill from v10, but that module has some missing on v 11.0

Because PR #662 #663 #665 #666 are interdepent one with another, can be merged into single PR?
