[15.0][FIX] l10n_ch_invoice_reports should_print_invoice_attachment

When Print & Send by email the invoice attachment name should be changed only in Swiss Companies (something like Invoice_%s_with_payslip.pdf). The other companies/countries should not be impacted by that
