[15.0][FIX] l10n_th_account_tax_report: Tax date (Year B.E.) is not correct on the report (PDF type) #441

Step to error

  1. Tax date on tax invoice = 29/02/2024 (Year A.D.)
  2. Print Tax Report (PDF) will show tax date = 28/02/2567 (Year B.E.), That is wrong tax date

@newtratip HI, I add new commit for split function in python instead of xml. Can you recheck please? if it okay, I will rebase commit and merge.
