[15.0][FIX] l10n_th_partner: check name with name_company #452

Step to error:

Create partner (individual) with firstname only > save
Change to Company type > Change name > save
it show error

This PR solved by check name with firstname, lastname and name_company (standard module partner_firstname check firstname and lastname)
