[16.0][FIX] purchase_sale_container_deposit_inter_company tests #668

Tests are failing for that module since users are not in proper groups. Groups added to users so that they get access to package, can approve purchase order and read sale order.

Tests seem to be working now without having to implement these changes so I close it !
