Hi,

we can avoid some useless notifications if oca-clabot don't check other oca bot commits

Thanks for reporting this! From what I understand of https://github.com/OCA/oca-github-bot/issues/170 and https://github.com/OCA/oca-github-bot/pull/31, CLA bot development is on hold because CLA management will change soon.
