Link porting instructions #36

Module migration and forward porting a module is not the necessarily same. I guess semantics are a bit mixed up, but to have clarity one needs to start somewhere on some point.

I prefer the most precise wording available, that's why I chose "forward porting".

Module migration, in the context of the Contributing.rst and other contexts, clearly refers to writing migration scripts.
