[IMP] add a feature to handle renamed models #70

Add new helpers _RENAMED_MODELS and _REMOVED_MODELS to display warnings and errors related to deprecated models that may need to be fixed.
Add .csv as allowed extensions
Move helper _TEXT_REPLACES to the new logic of files and folders

Hi. I recently added pre-commit file, so a lot of files changed. A simple rebase should be done. sorry for the extra work.
