[IMP] openupgrade_merge_records: add first_not_null operation on several field types #341

Add "first not null" merging operation for the following field types : int,float,monetary,date,datetime,selection
Replace deprecated recompute in version 16 to avoid warning at each merge

I've added the "first_not_null" merge operation on several field types.
