partner_multi_relation - Include Past Records filter not working #1341

Describe the bug

The filter to show relations which are not active anymore ("include past records") is not working as expected. Which means that past records are not really shown.

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 14.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new relation for a contact.
  2. Set the relation's end date to yesterday.
  3. Close the list and re-open.
  4. The relation is not shown (because it has ended).
  5. Active the filter "include past records".
  6. The relation is still not shown.

Expected behavior I expect that when activating the filter all active and inactive relations are shown in the list. This is the only way to reactivate past relations or to get an overview over a contact's history of relations.
