[14.0][IMP] auth_admin_passkey: Add possibility of using system environment variables #606

Add the Possibility of Using System Environment Variables

If necessary, we can add a configuration option named auth_admin_passkey_enable_environment_variables or something similar to enable or disable the use of system variables.

@legalsylvain, does this make sense to you, or do you believe this is not the right approach?
