An improvement of the module auth_saml has been done for 15.0 -> https://github.com/OCA/server-auth/pull/602 It is related to Office365. It seems to work well in 15.0. However, the same code has been backported to 14.0 and we still have the issue. Related PR -> https://github.com/OCA/server-auth/pull/613
