[ADD][15.0] New module : membership_pricelist_assignment #165

This module lets you associate a price list with a member.

The default price list is configured in your Odoo application settings. Once a membership has been completed, the member's price list reverts to the default list.

I'd like to get to the end with this PR but the tests fail. Can anyone help me validate them?
