[14.0][UPD] web_pwa_oca: Init Action + minor refactor

• Add in the settings the option to choose a 'home action' when using PWA.
• Remove unused code
• Minor icons code refactor
• Expose a "hook" to manage requests

** NOTE: I can't test that in Apple applications it works correctly.
