[11.0] website_legal_page translation to german #506

I would translate the legal pages to germany. I have a free templates for this sites and there are close to the legal regulations in gemany. But these Templates are very different to the english original.

Is it possible that i made a very different translation of these ?

I think it's acceptable to change the translation in your language to accommodate to your local regulations.
