Adds classes:

Code is based on the existing OcaLiteInt32Sensor classes. Names and class ID have been adapted for the respective classes.

Maybe we should also add these new files to the VisualStudio project file (OcaToolsAndDemos/OCAMicro/OCAMicro/Src/common/OCALiteLib.vcxproj)

I added the files to the project file but I do not have VisualStudio so I'm not able to test the updated project file.
