Tracking issue for any work done just for improving the demo.

The demo should:

recover from recoverable errors
noisily fail from unrecoverable errors
show off all features
be easy to run

Something brought up during a demo with Nova today, inputs are laggy and sometimes need to be pressed a couple times. We should investigate this, maybe just giving more CPU time to the GUI/main thread by sleeping for longer.

Also, have a list of controls ready and present when someone opens the demo so that they don't have to figure out through experimentation how to rotate, zoom, hide labels, and pause.

Also, point out in the releases page that if you have an over-active anti-virus, the orbitx.zip setup might not work for you.

Also, a request was made to package for Mac.
