Calculations for center-of-mass distance, eccentricity of orbits, semi-major axes for elliptical orbits, and tangential + radial speed calculations between two bodies.

Since this hasn't been tested, I'm not going to break OCESS:master by merging it. I'll just merge it into another branch in OCESS, test, then merge.

Thanks for the work Will! Our codebase is better because of it.
