AYSE docking interacting with compat server incorrectly #77

When docked with AYSE, it looks like the compat server doesn't tell OrbitV engineering that they are docked together. Additionally, AYSE can rotate while being "OFF" in Engineering.

I should Investigate any other weird interactions, and fix them.

Looks like the enghabv.exe binary I was using was old, I used freebasic to compile a new binary and it worked properly. Oh well! Closing this issue.
