In OrbitV launch procedures, it refers to an apoapsis of 900 km. In OrbitX, currently that is represented by "9.00e5 m". The former is more user-friendly, we should use that. Or maybe just use km for apoapsis and altitude, like OrbitV?
In the end, I ended up going with what OrbitV does, where apoapsis and altitude are in km. I'm not married to this idea, but it was simplest.
