CPS not updating FTS datasets #354

https://data.humdata.org/dataset/raw-fts-input gets updated by the scraper but datasets like https://data.humdata.org/dataset/myt_fts_indicators do not get updated by CPS. Is that expected (ie. CPS is purposely checking if the resource has changed and deems that is has not) or is the update broken?

Where can we see the urls of datasets in HDX being updated by CPS and whether the updates were successful?

Alex not sure when you could get to this but this is a high priority issue as we are incorreclty reporting fts (another ocha property) data.
